At The Swim Stars, we believe swimming is more than just a skill, it’s a life skill. That’s why, alongside our popular learn-to-swim and confidence-building classes, we’re proud to offer Lifesaving Lessons at our Shenfield High School pool.
These sessions go beyond traditional swimming strokes. They teach children and adults the vital skills needed to stay calm, think clearly, and help others in an emergency, both in and around the water.
What Lifesaving Lessons Teach
Our lifesaving programme combines fun, practical activities with essential safety education. Participants learn how to:

Use safe rescue techniques (without putting themselves at risk)
Perform basic first aid and CPR awareness
Build water confidence and problem-solving skills
